Hello and welcome to April. I hope you are having a blessed Holy Week and Good Friday. It is finally starting to feel like spring here with temperatures slowly climbing and trees starting to bloom.

My children are off of school this week and so I’ve been spending time with them. I’m still bringing some last few special Easter specific recipes to you this week, though, as well as a restaurant review of Chez Fifi in Manhattan.

I wish you blessings this Easter as we celebrate our Savior, Jesus—the lamb who came to gave his life for ours and take away the sins of the world. He paid a debt I can never repay and for that I’m eternally grateful. He is Risen!
