An illegal immigrant is facing deportation after she was arrested for assaulting a man wearing a 'MAGA' hat in a Massachusetts Mexican restaurant.
The Washington Examiner reports Rosiane Santos, a Brazilian citizen, was caught on video for assaulting and verbally abusing Bryton Turner, who was eating dinner in the restaurant while wearing a red ‘MAGA’ hat.
After Santos was arrested for assault, battery, and disorderly conduct, it was discovered she was in the U.S. illegally.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Santos is currently in ICE custody and has been entered into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts.
