Rangers' Leclerc joins sidelined Kluber with shoulder injury

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Texas Rangers closer Jose Leclerc is joining starter Corey Kluber on the sideline with the same shoulder injury. Leclerc's muscle strain his his right shoulder is not as severe as the one that knocked Kluber out of his Texas debut after just one inning. But Leclerc will have the same injection and be out the same four weeks before any plan for throwing is considered. Leclerc stopped warming up in a save situation in a 7-4 win over Arizona on Wednesday because of shoulder tightness.
