Paul Marks, CAS, “The Water Guy” is the National Director of Strategic Accounts for eConserve. For four years he hosted and produced the weekly radio show “Community Spotlight” on 650 AM in Houston, Texas.
He has over fifteen years of experience in the multifamily industry and was named the Houston Apartment Association’s Ambassador of the year in both 2015 and 2016.
