The Outdoor Cooking Show
The Outdoor Cooking Show is a weekly radio program hosted by Marconi Award Winner and Texas Radio Hall of Fame Inductee Randy Hames. The Outdoor Cooking Show focuses on the fine art of preparing the world’s most popular recipes under an open sky and an open flame. Each new episode features Randy discussing grilling, barbequing, smoking, and Dutch oven cooking. The Show calls on the expertise of “foodies” ranging from chefs and backyard amateurs, to cookbook authors and food industry professionals. We highlight seasonal favorites like holiday cookouts and tailgate parties, culinary events such as barbeque cook-offs, and even the fine art of cooking by campfire. We also have fun exploring new and traditional outdoor cooking techniques, technologies, tips, and tricks!
