Dinner at the Shack

Three courses of unbelievably delicious food and an intimate discussion with the chef/owner Ian Boden. The Shack is located one block outside of downtown Staunton, VA, offering the best products from the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and surrounding area. Chef Boden’s modern cooking combines his Jewish eastern European roots with the traditions of the region and has garnered two James Beard Award Nominations as well as receiving Three Stars from The Washington Post.
